Project Governance Development
Corporate governance relates to accountabilities and responsibilities for the management of the performance of an organization. Project governance extends the principle of governance into the management of individual projects. A project governance structure defines accountabilities and responsibilities for strategic decision-making per project.
Fog City Consulting will partner with you to evaluate your current project governance structure or help you create one. Our approach will focus on the following critical areas:

Our team will work in partnership with you to implement the recommendations. We will provide our best practices that take into consideration your unique culture and business in order to ensure the seamless acceptance and adoption of the new governance structure. You will also receive a final report that will summarize the findings of the evaluation as well as detail out the newly agreed upon project governance structure.
Ongoing Support
A critical component of our approach is to provide two check-ups at the six month and one year marks in order to highlight the progress and achievements made as well incorporate any changes that have taken place to the business or organization since the original evaluation was completed. Fog City Consulting will conduct an abbreviated evaluation and compares the newer findings with your baseline report. Any new and/or supplemental recommendations will be added to the report in order to be tracked with the original recommendations.
